Growing Up Is Hard

Today’s teens shouldn’t have to face it alone.

Teens today feel more disconnected, isolated, and insecure than ever. Research has shown approximately 50% of all lifetime cases of mental illness will develop before the age of seventeen (Adolescent Wellness Academy).

Since its founding in 2017, SNAPP has helped more than 200 teens find empowerment and connection.
